Equinox Gratitude Gathering and Circle
 


Inviting all healers, caregivers and those who have been attending to the emotional/physical/mental trauma in our county
 
Thursday March 22nd
5:30pm potluck  7pm circle

Many of us have been serving the community and individuals since the fires, but we also need support for ourselves—a place to come together for just that purpose.
Connect with like-hearts, integrate the past and set our intentions for the future-- both for ourselves and for the community.
 
Come connect with your community, then dive deep into a lovingly guided circle
(with options for just hanging out as well).
Bring a pillow/blanket to sit on, a healthy dish, snacks or drinks to share, and something for the altar if you like.
 
 We will:
Reflect on our post-disaster experiences and challenges
Integrate and feel supported
Plant seeds for our personal and collective future
Vision integrative care for recovery and resilience

5:00 Doors open, set-up help invited!
5:30-7pm Potluck and Connection
7:00-8:00 Sharing Circle
8-8:30 Integration and Guided Journey
8:30-9:00 Interactive Intention Setting
9-10 open time for socializing and treats

There will be tables to share bodywork, sound healing for movement. Let us together enjoy the beauty that is this life, even with all its challenges.

During the potluck part, we will have students from Sacramento State Leadership program who are here to learn about resilience building and community engagement. You'll have the (very informal) option to share with them your experiences and your thoughts.


 
We have a list of 200+ practitioners offering their free/low-cost services and numerous networks. Please email us with your request, your location and we will help you get the service you need.
