With every donation of $40 or more towards this project, you will receive one kit for yourself! Or give it away. This is a gift that really says "I care!"
 Each Healing Care Kit includes herbal healing remedies and other helpful items along with easy to understand instructions. An important aspect of this kit is a printed card with several well tested, effective and easy to follow practices for different experiences of anxiety, overwhelm, depression, being triggered, grief-stricken and generally stressed. People then choose the practices that work for them and carry the card with them as a handy reminder.

If you have a clinic or center that could be a distribution point, please let us know. We welcome suggestions and support from other trauma informed providers
